A New Cheese

Our cheese is made from raw milk, so our cheese is required to age for at least 60 days before we can sell it. The wait seems like forever. So when we make a new flavor we get excited when we can finally package,  label and sell it. So this is our new cheese. Herbal Jack. I had some last night and I think it  is similar to our Garlic and Chive, but yet more toward an Italian flavor to it.
