- 1 2 quarts of sliced peaches
- 1quart sugar
- 1 Quart Cream*
- 1 Lemon squeezed
*Cream can be heavy whipping cream. Heavy whipping cream will give a richer taste.
- Puree the peaches
- Stir in the sugar, and add lemon Juice
- Stir in the cream
- Put the peach mixture into the freezer container
- Add milk to the fill line if necessary
- Freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Store in the freezer for several hours before serving.
