Peach Ice Cream


  • 1 2 quarts of sliced peaches
  • 1quart sugar
  • 1 Quart Cream*
  • 1 Lemon squeezed

*Cream can be heavy whipping cream. Heavy whipping cream will give a richer taste.


  • Puree the peaches
  • Stir in the sugar, and add lemon Juice
  • Stir in the cream
  • Put the peach mixture into the freezer container
  • Add milk to the fill line if necessary
  • Freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.
  • Store in the freezer for several hours before serving.
